Chocolate made from soya-beans is quite nutritive and helpful for the health.


Reasons why soya beans is nutritive and helpful for the health
Soya is a high-quality protein. It is one of only two known plant foods (the other is amaranth seed) to contain all the essential amino acids, similar to those found in meat. 

Some soya products are sources of calcium and iron, such as Chinese tofu or tempeh (made with a calcium coagulant) and calcium-fortified soya drinks. The soyabean is:
  • high in fibre
  • high in protein
  • low in saturated fat
  • cholesterol free
  • lactose free
  • a good source of omega-3 fatty acids
  • a source of antioxidants
  • high in phytoestrogens.

Requirements...
  • 1kg soya-beans (Grounded is preferable)
  • ½L of milk (Sweet Liquid milk)
  • ½L of groundnut oil
  • Bowl or big dish
  • Electronic whisk or hard spoon
Procedure...
  • Sieve the grounded soya to get a perfect and smooth texture
  • Put the sieved texture in a bowl
  • Add groundnut oil and stir till a smooth mixture is acquired
  • Add liquid milk to the mixture and stir till smooth mixture
